Under-16s can play at Yard Ball for just £10 per person until the 1st September.

Yard Ball is Sheffield’s indoor street football experience, created for families who want something active, affordable and a little different to do during the summer holidays.

There are no drills, teams or muddy five-a-side pitches. Just loads of football challenges that anyone can have a go at

Take on Top Bins, test the Crossbar Challenge, smash the Speed Shot, play a game of Kerby and see who leaves with the family bragging rights.

Whether they’re football mad, still buzzing from the World Cup or have never kicked a ball before, everyone can get involved

England gave us a summer full of moments we'll be talking about for years, surviving a 3-2 scrap with Mexico when all odds were against them, and knocking out Haaland’s Norway. 

It might not be coming home this time, but the kids can still spend their six-week holidays trying to recreate the highs of the World Cup.

How much are children’s tickets during the summer holidays?
Under-16s can play at Yard Ball for just £10 throughout the school summer holidays until 1st September.

Is Yard Ball suitable for children who don’t play football?
Yes. Yard Ball is designed for all abilities. You don’t need any football experience to enjoy the challenges.

Is Yard Ball indoors?
Yes. Yard Ball is an indoor attraction, making it a great option for rainy days, hot weather and unpredictable Sheffield summers.

What age is Yard Ball suitable for?
Yard Ball is particularly popular with children and young people aged 6 to 14, but adults, younger children and families can also get involved.

Do adults need to take part?
Adults can choose to play or spectate. Children under 11 must be accompanied by a paying adult who is either playing or spectating. Adults sitting in the bar area and not entering the challenges do not need to pay.

Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends and the summer holidays, as popular sessions may sell out.

Is there somewhere to get food and drinks?
Yes. Food and drinks are available from The Green ’Un, Yard Ball’s fully air-conditioned bar and café.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free customer parking is available at Yard Ball.
